Tanja Nazlic sees herself as an energetic facilitator of change projects. She is convinced that growth occurs when the focus is on existing resources and strengths - and factors that hindered development so far are understood and transformed.

She combines her passion for social and business psychological theories and models with consulting tools from psychodynamic-systemic and emotion-focused approaches.

Tanja Nazlic gained consulting and leadership experience in various functions in companies, academia and the non-profit sector before founding her own consulting company in 2010. She lectures and teaches (e.g. at the TU and LMU in Munich and the APOLLON University of Applied Sciences in Bremen) and publishes articles on coaching, leadership development and evaluating the effectiveness of consulting services.

Tanja Nazlic is a cooperation partner of SPARKK and works as a senior coach, team developer and trainer.
