We are certified business coaches (DGSF), trained in communication psychology, conflict research, organizational development and family therapy.

Anna-Lena Görgmaier is a highly communicative and passionate systemic business coach, experienced manager and personnel developer. She has many years of experience in setting up strategic personnel development measures with a focus on performance management and leadership development as well as in the moderation and support of change processes and team development.

Anna-Lena spent 12 years developing and managing marketing programs with direct customer contact for Red Bull. When she moved to the HR department, she built up the area of personnel development and now focuses on the employees rather than the product and the customer. She benefits from her own change of perspective from business to human resources management and her pragmatic approach.

At SPARKK, Anna-Lena has specialized in the area of leadership development, designing, training and supporting leadership measures worldwide.
