The common thread for Tatiana Klein is people and their communication: leading and shaping, role profiles and resources, presenting and representing. Her professional background is characterized by her passionate work with large and small teams, expert organizations and corporations.

After completing her master's degree in literature, theater, film and television studies, Tatiana Klein worked for major film productions on both the creative and production side, followed by many years as an independent casting director and acting coach.

As a certified systemic coach and trainer (DGSF), her focus today is on leadership and team development. She has a keen and unerring sense of the cause and effect of our communication, whether in individual dialog or in the context of a corporate culture.
