Jan Seydel is a playful adventurer at heart. He is convinced that valuable learning moments arise precisely when we "play out" experiences in the context of professional team development and coaching - free of consequences and yet with a high degree of seriousness. For this, Jan sends his clients on hiking trails, over canyons or into a self-built igloo.

Jan has a degree in media and communications, is a marketing event manager, adventure educator and systemic coach. He is characterized by his positively motivating and attentive manner. His work is characterized by action, thrills and laughter, as well as moments of deceleration and reflection. Through this mix, he makes visible where teams stand and what the next steps are to fully realize their potential.

At SPARKK, Jan works as an experience trainer and systemic coach.
