Professional snowboarder, TV commentator, sports manager, systemic consultant: Nikolaus Karpf's focus has always been on personal transformation and development. He is characterized by his communicative, attentive and unprejudiced manner, which opens the space for innovative and courageous solutions.

As a graduated sports manager, Nikolaus worked in various roles at the Red Bull Group for over 10 years. He completed his degree as Systemic Consultant & Coach (IFW) during his most recent position in classical management consulting.

Nikolaus is the founder and managing director of SPARKK. He works as an organizational developer, strategy consultant, trainer and business coach with a strong systemic approach.
