For Timo Kuroschinski, sustainable change doesn’t come from better strategy documents or projects alone, but from the conversations that are too often avoided within organizations. Inspired by entrepreneurial thinking, he focuses on the personal responsibility and self-determination of leaders and teams—and creates spaces where clarity can emerge. He is particularly valued for his ability to make even difficult topics directly, trust-based, and surprisingly easy to discuss.
Timo is a certified systemic coach (DGSF), organizational developer, business administration graduate, and family therapist. As a former professional musician, creative director, and long-time strategy consultant, he combines analytical acuity with a keen sense of dynamics and nuances. In his work, he brings to light the patterns that block collaboration, thereby enabling an unconventional yet well-founded approach to complex organizational issues.
Timo is a co-founder and managing director of SPARKK. He works with executive boards and top leadership teams in individual and group coaching sessions, facilitates executive committees and large-group formats, and oversees leadership programs as well as sophisticated communication processes. At the heart of his work are conflict resolution, strategic alignment, and the restoration of clarity and decision-making capacity within organizations.
