Timo Kuroschinski is driven by the desire to enable sustainable change and development. Inspired by entrepreneurial thinking, he consistently focuses on people's personal responsibility and self-determination. He is particularly appreciated for his creative approaches, with which he successfully meets the challenges of digitally networked working environments and team structures.

Timo is a certified systemic coach (DGSF), holds a degree in business administration and is a family therapist. As a former professional musician, creative director and long-time strategy consultant, he combines creativity with analytical expertise. In workshops, his structured and entertaining approach enables an unconventional yet well-founded approach to complex tasks.

Timo is the founder and managing director of SPARKK. He works as an organizational and team developer, facilitates large group events and board meetings as a moderator and conducts leadership programmes and communication training as a trainer and coach.
