With more than fifteen years of experience as an entrepreneur in IT consulting and ten years as a systemic coach and teaching trainer, Johannes Feinweber combines sound practical knowledge with a deep understanding of methodology. He understands the demands of modern leadership in technology-driven, dynamic organizations – both from an entrepreneurial perspective and from his role as a professional coach for executives.
As a member of the teaching trainer team for a DGSF-certified coaching training program, he is constantly engaged with current approaches to leadership and organizational development. His coaching style is characterized by empathy, clarity, and a consistently systemic approach. He creates spaces in which the “issues behind the issues” can also be addressed.
