For more than two decades, he has led international premium brands in the sports and outdoor sectors in management and executive roles. He has shaped transformation processes at the interface of strategy, brand, and organization – always with the question: How can economic clarity and human connection be brought together?
As a certified systemic coach and trainer, he now brings precisely this experience to the SPARKK Campus. He thinks of programs not as continuing education, but as a journey of development. Not as a space for methods, but as a space for experience. Together with the SPARKK team, he ensures that formats are created that challenge, connect, and have a lasting effect.
