Her background combines organizational development and consulting with many years of experience in large corporations, as well as an MBA in Digital Transformation. As an impact manager, she also brings the expertise to systematically measure and highlight the impact of our work.
As Director of Client & Operations at SPARKK, Liana is responsible for the operational management of our client projects and the further development of our internal structures. She serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinates our consultants and coaches, and ensures that challenging concepts are transformed into high-quality, reliably executed projects.
