As Experience & Community Lead, Luisa shapes how people experience SPARKK – at the SPARKK Campus, in our training sessions, and in our workshops. She designs customer journeys from the first point of contact to the very last moment, develops our community, and always keeps one question in mind: Does this feel like SPARKK?

Luisa ensures that our DNA is embedded not only in our content but also in our communication, hospitality, spaces, materials, and the many small details that make for a special experience.
