With his calm, sensitive, humorous and focused way of working, he accompanies his clients towards self-responsibility and self-determination in order to permanently increase their freedom of action and degree of effectiveness.

In his professional career, most recently in the sales management of a digital marketing company and for more than five years in the Red Bull Group, he gained a deep understanding of the area of tension between complex organizational systems and the needs of the individual players. As systemic coach (DGSF) he’s enthusiastic about the potential of personal development.

As a systemic coach and organizational consultant at SPARKK, Clemens Nemitz successfully supports companies in their change projects.
